| Brilliant service!!! I am very impressed!!! I won the bid for this item on the Live Bidding Auction on 18th December. By Monday I had not yet received the voucher code so I phoned the Helpline where I was immediately assisted and the code was emailed to me. I was concerned that I would not receive the item before Christmas but they assured me I would get it in time. I immediately placed my order. On Tuesday they called to tell me that the 8 inch frame was out of stock and that they could send me the 12 inch frame at no extra cost. Of course I agreed and I received the item by 10H00 on Wednesday morning. I am so chuffed and I know my wife is going to love the frame...thank you so much. you have made a customer for life. |

What is really impressive beside the shaver itself, is the SERVICE. I placed the order yesterday morning (Thursday) at 0630 before work and the following day 0900 BERCO delivered the package from Cresta JHB to my door in Mossel Bay. Now that's outstanding service. Being in a service industry myself for the past 20 years, it is not often that I am vaguely happy with the service delivery by most South African companies. It is even rarer that I am genuinely impressed.
Zanele Khumalo is amazing!!!
Yesterday morning I called to ask a couple of questions about the TEAC portable DVD player & asked if I could get a quicker delivery. Zanele said she would mail me & sort me out for an overnight delivery Somehow I didn't get her mail but she phoned to check & then gave me her address so I could mail her and she could reply. Usually people just send the mail off into the ether & that's that. Your lady made a plan. She called again to check if I had her mail, which I did. I placed my order on-line & then my computer said the page wasn't available so I called Zanele - she had seen my order and told me just to mail her proof of payment.
I did the EFT's to you & low and behold she phoned to say she had received my mails & my parcel would come today. I told her I would be writing this mail and she said 'Oh thank you, you've made my day' - like she was surprised she'd done anything out of the ordinary.
I was so chuffed when I received the DVD player this morning. My daughter got a beautiful report & this is a surprise as a reward for her marks.
I wilL definitely be supporting your company in the future. Zanele just made the whole process so painless.
Please could you consider renting her out to Discovery and Vodacom's call centres & sending me her direct number? No, seriously, hold on to her & spoil her - she is a major asset. If you could also give her a thank you hug from me I would be very thankful.
